    Hi everyone,

    Two potentially easy questions, however I cant seem to find the answers;

    1) Is there a quick way of finding the maximum data range for a future. E.g. 3 years of data for the Dow Jones. Currently the only way I have been able to detect this is by scrolling left on the chart until you reach the end. Then looking at the date.

    2) Similar to the above. When I backtest a simple strategy it only tests what is visible on the chart. E.g. 1 year. Is there a way of getting the backtester to test the complete data range of the future without manually scrolling all the way to the far left on the chart?

    Thanks

    Set your Time Template to load the maximum available data for the interval you are using.
    See this article on how much historical data eSignal provides for any given interval/category.
