  • Backtesting for non-programmers?

Is there a reasonable way for non-programmers to back test several simple strategies on several symbols without being a programmer?

Just something simple like what tradestation and metastock offer would work fine for me.

Depending on the strategies you may be able to write them using the Formula Wizard.
For information and some examples on how to use the Formula Wizard see the Formula Wizard Guide in the EFS KnowledgeBase.

Thanks for the tip, Alex, you're always so helpful, which so many of us appreciate.

While I can understand the value of knowing EFS, I decided for my purposes it was just easier to get Tradestation, since for the stage in life I'm in, I really really need to focus only on trading.

      Cheers.....
