I think I have read most of the background posted on backtesting and most of the examples are about a moving average cross or price crosses a moving average or crosses a band or a set stop is hit, is there any sample code or scripts about an indicator that reaches a point and then hooks back in the opposite direction for an entry setup like two cci indicators trending in one direction and then hook back the other way for an entry setup like/ or a setup from a price pullback?
    thx

    Hello Dan,

I'm not aware of a specific example that performs what you have described. However, you should be able to accomplish this in EFS. If you are not familiar with programming EFS, please visit the resources below my signature. After learning the basics, start coding your specific strategy. As you run into specific coding questions, post them here along with the code you're working on.
