ACD Breakout system

I am new to EFS system and I am trying to write an EFs formula to test different paramaters using the ACD model devolped by Mark Fisher. I have tried writing a formula but I am having trouble and I am not sure I am on the right path. Any and all help, comments would be apprciated. thanks
