I recently downloaded and installed language to allow me to display the CCI as a histogram. Is it possible to modify this so that I can set alarms to alert me when the values either cross zero or move above or below certain targets?

You can find several variations of CCI studies that will trigger alerts when crossing user defined levels. See for example here. FYI I found this thread by searching for cci AND alert*
