Find 30-minute high and low

I'm a new EFS user. I'm trying to write a formula to determine and alert me about the high and the low of a stock or index in a 3-minute chart after the first 30 minutes of the trading session. I want to use the 3-minute bars rather than the todayshigh or todays low. I searched the efs studies but didn't find anything I can modify for my use.
