How do you obtain the daily history for issues relating to the Open,Close,High,Low,Volume,etc.....

Are you referring to a daily chart or single quotes?
If the former create a new chart and if you have not changed the Defaults it should open as Daily. If not just type ,D or ,d (please note the comma ahead of the letter).
If instead you need to see single quotes then open a Quote Window and type the symbol in the appropriate column.

Main menu, File->New->Advanced Chart.
That will open the default chart that 'should' be daily. At that point if you need a different symbol just type the symbol while in the selected chart.
This will open a Symbol dialog box. When you have finished typing click OK or press Enter.
If the Volume is not visible (it should be on the default chart) then right click on the chart, select Basic Studies and then Volume.
