How do I get scrolling news? Also, how do I obtain news for particular issues?

File->New->Ticker->News or click on the New icon in the main Toolbar and select Ticker Window(News).
Once the News window isopen then go click Ticker Options in the Main menu and select Properties.
There you can filter by Service, Symbol etc.
