I am trying to make a stochastic of other indicators. I see that you can do that in wizard with all the other indicators except the stochastic. An example is, you can make a rsi of another indicator but you cant make a stochastic of another indicator. Is that a bug? any way of doing it in wizard?

With the Formula Wizard it is not possible to create studies on studies using certain indicators (amongst which the Stochastic as you have already found out).
However EFS2 makes it very easy to write these (and even more complex) studies. See this post for a specific example of a Stochastic of RSI written using the EFS2 functions. You can simply replace the RSI used in that example with any other study of your choice.
