RSI Overbought-Oversold

I DOWNLOAD IT ESIGNAL 8.0 AND ON THE FORMULAS - WIZARD -ALERTS THERE IS RSI Overbought-Oversold efs program...

THE PROBLEM IS THAT ONCE IT GIVES YOU AN ALERT OVERBOUGHT > 70 FOR EXAMPLE IT HAS TO GO TO OVERSOLD BEFORE IT ALERTS YOU OF ANOTHER OVERBOUGHT.

IS THERE A WAY TO PROGRAM IT TO RESET ONCE IT GOES BELOW
70 SO IT DOESNT HAVE TO GO ALL THE WAY TO <30 TO BE ABLE TO SEND YOU ANOTHER OVERBOUGHT ALERT?

The easiest way to accomplish what you want using only the Formula Wizard is to modify the script as shown in the following example for Set1 (Oversold condition). Apply the same logic in Set2 for the Overbought condition.



In this case the alerts will be triggered every first time the RSI plots above/below the OB/OS levels at the completion of a bar.
To be able to trigger the alerts in real time under the same conditions you would need to edit the script using the Editor since you need to create some global variables which cannot be done with the Formula Wizard.
