Volume bar change not working. Could someone look at this.

I wan to have it that the price bars change color according to the volume level. I did it so far to change color if volume of that baar is greater then 200 but not more then 400. Once this gets figured out I will add other levels. Right now all of the price bars jus turn white. I attached the EFS that I did in the formula wizard. This should be a simple thing, but I just don't see the mistake I made.
