trying to make a momentum indicator

Can someone help me make a 3/10 oscillator. I tried makeing one with formula wizard by modifing a MACD but I wasn't successful at that.

I believe the attached efs does what you ask.
The efs was created with the Formula Wizard which you can use to view/edit the formula

Really times the entry/exit.... when it goes from neg to pos usually a very safe entry...making money with it already!!
