MA volume

Building a moving average of volume indicator, I tried to change also the color of the MA volume indicator instead of having it of the same color.
How can I write: green when volume increase and
red when volume decrease

and

if I want to refer the color of volume to the close of the bar?

I enclose a picture of the indicator.
Anyone can help me?

In the following two images you can see the required conditions and corresponding commands to color the plot.





If you want to color the plot based on the Close instead of the Volume then replace volume with close in those same conditions.
