I cannot work out this with FW

Probably because I'm not using it since a while.

The condition his:

L (@)< L(@ -1)
AND
L(@)< L(@-2)
AND
H(@-1)>H(@-2)

THEN PLOT A DOT ACQUA

H(@)>H(@-1)
AND
H(@)>H(@-2)
AND
L(@-1)<L(@-2)

THEN PLOT A DOT YELLOW

I can't pursue the correct procedure once used for the price flip or long tail reversal.

The attached efs should do what you want. You did not specify where the dots were supposed to be so I placed the cyan at the low() and the yellow at the high(). The formula was created using only the Formula Wizard which can be used to edit it.
