Custom Alerts (on indicators)

Is it possible to build a custom alert that is triggered when a specific set of conditions exist on multiple indicators and to apply this alert to a group of stocks. For example, I currently populate my quote list with the stocks I am interested in trading for the day. I would like to be able to apply a custom alert to these stocks which would be triggered when a certain set of indicator conditions is met on a 2 minute chart. I believe that the custom alert can be programmed, however, can it than be applied to a set of specific stocks?
