RSI gives old data

i have set a 15min RSI on a 3 min chart , it gives old data , but it won't continuosly update the data ... i have shut it down and restarted it many times to no avail...any suggestions?

This issue you describe occurrs in some cases with versions 10.2 and 10.3 and is resolved in version 10.4
