wizard play sound just once command

I have setup a simple efs using wizard that visually flags an rsi extreme.

I want it also to give a one-off sound.

I put the command in the first time only section and it doesn't work

same command does work if included in with the other section

can anyone tell what I'm probably doing wrong

I have attached a copy of my file
