  • Formula Wizard Feedback

    Hi everyone,

We've received some great feedback on the Formula Wizard from the usual suspects (Garth, Lancer, and others)... Just wondering if there's anyone out there playing with the wizard that wants to donate their $0.02???

We welcome any and all feedback - but especially that on the Formula Wizard in this particular forum.

    Thanks, Matt.

HI: This maybe already in the works, but a nice addition would be the ability to flip directly to an editor view with line numbers and the ability to add in code and test it right from the wizard.

The wizard is great for setting up a study w/inputs/outputs but with most studies you will need additional variables and code.

One more thing which would benefit me especially would be an immediate reference to the language with details and examples available from any Wizard or Editor view.
      Thanks!!!

One positive use for the formula wizard...

After filling out the form, which is pretty self expanatory, the wizard demonstrates the proper syntax for a number of the rudimentary issues faced when trying to figure out how to do even the simplest javascript command.

Such as line vs dot syntax, use of the gatValue function, setPriceBarColor, etc.
