Is there a way to plot MACD in the same fashion as this stochs?

This can actually be done now in version 7.5 and greater without the need for an EFS. To do this, add the MACD study to your chart, hold down the shift key, and drag the MACD study into the price area. You can also overlay studies on studies in this same fashion.
Please keep in mind that this only works if the chart is in "Tile Studies" mode, which can be selected under Chart Options.Regards,
