It needs to be in one (any) of the folders in the Formulas folder that is in the eSignal directory.
Use Windows Explorer to Move it from where it is now to one of those folders.

Alexis was thoroghfully clear in his explanation .
Let me expalin you what I set up.
      -o to: C\ programs\Esignal\formulas folder
      -click inside the Formula folder
      - there create a number of new folders each one named in a such fashion to represent the category of the EFS you will insert in it.

      - then cut the efs you have just downloaded (maybe on the DESKTOP so you can find it easily.)

-Go back to the window with the formula folders you have precedently created ( i.e. Stochastich, Volume related, MA, EMA, MY OWN, etc)

      -Paste the efs

      Done

To recall it from an advanced chart: right click , formulas, and there you'll have the drop down menu with of all the sub folders organized........
      click in it,
      click the efs you want,
      DONE.

      Cordially
