Is there any way to have the lines and labels shared across different pages?

Not that I am aware of. All the charts in which the efs is running need to be open [although they can be minimized]. When a Page (or Layout) is inactive all the objects within it are instead closed.

Thanks Alex, I am aware that the page or layout would need to be open. I run several instances of ES at all times with different pages open, so the objects would be running.
So if the EFS stored the line info outside of the pages it could be shared maybe?

For what it's worth eSignal does not recommend or support running multiple instances of the program (see this article in the eSignal KnowledgeBase with regards to this)
