How do I save the attached file with an efslib extension?

You can do it in two ways
1) Open the file with the EFS Editor then select the Save As icon and in the File Name field type "luigisindicators.efsLib" with the quotes and click Save
2) Click the New icon in the eSignal Toolbar and in the dialog box that opens select EFS Library. Then copy the contents of the file you posted and paste them in the new EFS Library window that you just opened and save the new file (it will automatically assign the efsLib extension)
