Problem with Heikin-ashi

I am using eSignal onDemand and have downloaded the Heikin-ashi indicator from the EFS help area. When I put it in a chart nothing really happens. The window for the indicator appears, but there is nothing in it. Could someone help me know what I am doing wrong? Thanks

Does the lower pane say "loading data"? What symbol and interval are you trying to use? Can you post a screen shot?

Off the top of my head, the only thing about OnDemand that could be a factor is that you can't get to tick-level data with that service so if the EFS requires ticks to build, it would not work. That doesn't appear to be the case here though...

btw, I just switched to an OnDemand acct and I was able to load the Heikin-Ashi chart no problem. I was using ES #F on a 1 minute chart. The file I downloaded and used is called eSignal_HeikinAshi.efs
