Power of Trend

I downloaded an efs called "Trend Power"; it seems to be doing a good job of capturing trends. However, I can't make sense of the different colors. Is there any documentation available on it? Where did the coder get the idea to create this efs?

Maybe a forum moderator or forum member may be able to look at the code and work it out. I too would be interested in knowing some info about the colorings of the bars on the indicator.
