I believe the current Fixed Percentage Stop Method efs is for daily price bars. Could any one suggest changes for different time frames to be incorporated in this study.

The formula will work with any interval. You just need to set the Trailing Stop parameter [which is a percentage] to a value that better fits the excursion of intraday data.
