Bid/Ask Volume

Do I understand it right, that if I put in my esignal a bid/ask volume indicator - this indicator only beginns to start after I put it in a real-time chart? Means if I start trading f.ex. at 1 p.m. - I do not have ANY historical indicator data regarding this indicator?

Honestly, this is quite the joke... All other data providers I know have such data saved on their servers, so if I put any bid/ask volume indicator I see all the data below my price chart.

This means: If I trade partial time bid/ask volume data is completely useless with Esignal... F. Ex. I use an inidcator where I track buy/sell div's - but when I put my computer I do not see any indicator for the hole day, it only starts to "set up" after I started Esignal.
Means: bid/ask volume data like I use it is useless with eSignal. Is this correct? Is there any way to change htis???

At least it would be cool if data only for the current day is saved on your servers. I daytrade only, so I do care less about yesterdays data, but the data from the current day would be a MUST...

By default, users are pointed to trade-only tick history servers for faster retrieval times. If you need historical bid/ask data, just contact our support dept and we can add a bit that routes you to servers that contain both trades and quotes. There's no charge.
