ADX based strategie

Hello,

I am not fluent in english, so excuse my possible mistakes.

I use a selfbuild strategy, based on ADX, who gives me a buy, short, close buy or close short decision.

Some weeks ago, i fund a "dynamic RSI", an I wouldask if it is possible to integrate thisone inti my strategy:
-"buy" only if ADXDM is on green AND if the "dynamic RSI" is ABOVE the upper buy line;
-"short" only if ADXDM is on red AND if the "dynamic RSI" is UNDER the lower sell line.
