MA Study?

Is there a Moving Average Study that will shift up and down. The regular Moving Average study in Basic Studies will only shift forward and back.

One study called basicMAChannel.efs will let you make a channel as wide as you like based on the point, percent and ATR from the MA. I am not a code writer and tried to modify this to work and you can guess the out come of that. HA!
