looking for efs

I have been searching in the efs library that put a mark below a candle if its the lowest between the last 2 and following 2 . Just like the one in advanced get pivot . I seached under pivot, highlow bar, bar low. Has anyone come across one like this? tried making one in wizard but keep getting error.
