Volume breakout

I'm looking for a volume breakout efs. I'd like it to alert me if the current bar volume exceeds x times the previous 5 to 10 bars moving average. I keep a list of 5 to 6 stocks that I watch for sudden intraday breakouts, and I don't want to have to watch their charts every second of the day.

Any help would be appreciated.
