i wish to create a custom chart

$tick last divided by 100 plus es#f

the formula i have is getvalue ($tick,last)/100

+

getvalue(es#f,change)

How do I create this?

You do not necessarily need an efs to do this. You can use the spread feature in Advanced Charts.
Type the following expression as the symbol
0.01$TICK +ES #f
