Bollinger Band break out

I wanted to know if there is an indicator (i.e. file) that can CLEARLY tell me when both the upper & lower Bollinger Bands are within the another channels bands such as Acceleration Bands or Ketler Bands so that i can clearly see when the Bollinger Bands "BREAKOUT" of the bands of the Acceleration or Ketler Bands.

If you run a search for bollinger AND keltner you should find an efs that does what you are looking for.
