countdown for tick, volume, and minute bar

is there available a simple countdown timer for tick, volume, and minute bars? something that can tell me how many tick's, contracts, or seconds left until the bar closes? that can be plotted in decimals discretely on the price panel?

i have searched these boards--but alas, i found nothing.
