I would like an alert that will trigger an continuous sound alert or I could insert a long .wav file plus a pop up message alert when at the completion of a bar price closes above/below the moving average. I would also like it to give a little arrow signal on the chart when this happens.

I'm using a 8 period simple moving average and woulld like to put this on any time frame chart.

Also I triend searching the efs studies and didn't find any that worked like this..
