does anyone know of any efs that can draw western triangles on charts as they happen in any interval format.

As there hasn't yet been a response to your post, I thought I would jump in and point you to a resource that may be able to help. Here is a list of EFS Consultants that may be able to write something to suit your needs. These services are fee based and something you'll need to discuss with the developer if you decide to go down this road.
