Timed Range Study

I'm trying to write a study which calculates the range over a given time - such as the range between 9 and 2:30 pm. I'm not having much success. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance

The efs in this post may do what you want. Set the Start and End times and it will compute the high/low for that period. Note that it will not calculate the high/low across a date change
