keltner bands

Could someone explain to me how to change the Keltner Bands settings in the Fomulas / Library folder to (8, 1.3%, 1.3%).

Here exactly is what Im told my Keltner band should be:

An eight (8) bar XMA with a multiplier constant of 1.3% above (Upper Keltner) and a 1.3% below (Lower Keltner).

Could you also include / show me how to change the XMA 8 to a SMA 16.

The Keltner efs(s) that are in the Library subfolder of Formulas do not have user defined inputs other than length.
You can find a fully customizable Keltner Channel efs here which runs on eSignal version 7.9.1 (currently in beta) and that is preset for use with multiple intervals/symbols
If you are running an earlier version of eSignal then you can use the Keltner.efs that is available here.
Both efs(s) will allow you to modify the study to your specifications.
