I want to change the keltner channel bands to 8 bar exponential
with a multiplier of 1.3% above (upper -keltner) and a 1.3%
for below (lower-keltner)

In addition, if you run a search for keltner you should find an EFS2 version of the study which is also fully customizable and preset for use with multiple intervals.
