Calculate MA for %M on 1M chart

Does anyone have any EFS code that would show me how to calculate the MA for a 5 minute time frame and display its value on a one minute chart. I am also interested in calculating the number of time frames from a 5 minute window since the last cross over of the MA 3 versus a MA 2. Any help would be appreciated.

The customMA.efs that is in the EFS2 Custom folder is already preset for use with multiple intervals and/or external symbols (ie symbols other than the one being charted)
The image enclosed below shows a 10 period simple MA based on 5 minute data and plotted on a 1 minute chart
