Creating a simple Reversal Alert on ESignal

Can someone help me create the following....


On ESignal, a program that would alert when a stock or index does the following...

1. Where the "High" of the Day is Higher than the previous day, but the close (low) of the day is lower than the close (low) of the previous day

2. Where the "Low" of the Day is Lower than the previous day, but the close (high) of the Day is higher than the close (high) of the previous day.

3. Can this scan all US Stocks?

Do you hsve something on other application e.x metastock, tradstation so we may convert.
