colored volume Bars

Is there an efs file that can show different colored volume bars.
Example, today's Volume is twice the Volume as yesterday paint the volume bar red, if today's Vol bar is 3 times yesterday's volume paint today's bar yellow and if today's volume bar is greater then 4 times yesterday volume paint the bar green. Any volume that doesn't meet that criteria paint the bar white.

If you can't find an efs that does what you are looking for you should be able to easily write it using the Formula Wizard. In the image below you can see as an example your first condition. In the second Set you would insert the condition where volume(0) > volume(-1)*3, and so on. Note that when setting the conditions in the Formula Wizard you want to order them starting with the least likely condition down to the most likely

is there a way to use the wizard to tell it to take the average of the previous two volume bars and compare that to the present bar?
