Is it possible at all to create vertical lines for my 1 minute chart at
5 minute intervals ?
Is it a matter of EFS script ?

Or intervals of 39 mins on a voulume chart?

time marker.efs which is available here will draw vertical lines and/or write the time on the chart at user defined intervals (minute based charts only). Note that the lines are disabled by default so you will need to go in Edit Studies to enable them.

The Time Marker EFS is not able to produce 39 min intervals on my volume charts as follows:

-9:30 (start time)
-10:09
-10:48
-11:27
-12:06
-12:45
-13:24
-14:03
-14:42
-15:21
-16:00

As I indicate in my reply to cassy the efs is for minute based charts only. It is not for tick based charts.
Also the efs does not measure the time elapsed between bars but only marks the bars in which the timestamp fits evenly in the user defined interval
