Change color of line based on price?

I was wondering if it was possible to do the following. Say i have an efs that draws lines at a specific price i tell it. If the current price is below that color the line red, if current price is above that color the line green. I toyed around with this idea for a while but came up with nothing that works. Im just wondering if im wasting my time because its not possible, or is it possible and im not just seeing it?
