Is there and EFS study on the Chaikin money flow or Chaikin Oscillator?

You should already have the Chaikin Money Flow in the Library folder of Formulas. The file is called cmf.efs
As to the Chaikin Oscillator you can find an efs here

How do I educate myself on all of these studies?

In many cases a description about those studies (or what they do) is available in this Bulletin Board so if you run a search for the name of the study you will probably find the corresponding thread.
Alternatively you may want to run a web search using the name of the study.
