Anyone know if there is an ALERT which would signal if the CCI of your choice (say 14 or 20 or 34) crossed over the 100 line or the
-100 line?

Try running a search in this Bulletin Board for cci AND alert* and you should find several CCI studies that will trigger alerts based on a variety of conditions
