Trailing High/lo lines efs

I am looking for an efs that displays a horiz line going back say 15 minutes (variable). The line corresponds with the highest high occuring during that 15 min period. The right end of the line is at the current bar. Same for Lows.
Is there anyone who can set this up or something close? The goal is to display level of likely Break-outs or recent support/resistance.
