????easy To Program???

I attached a picture..
the euro dollar and other currencies tend to bounce off of levels like 1.2100,1.2000,1.1900,1.1800,1.700 ect..you know..round numbers..

is there a way to program an efs...so that all those price points automatically have a horizontal line drawn on them??


I want to do this without having lines drawn at other points (ex. 1.1810, 1.1820, 1.1850..ect..) just the round numbers only ..automatically..
