BW - Marking a certain quantity of bars

When I look at the Elliot Wave Bill Williams suggest when using his indicators to know that you are looking at between 100 and 140 bars no matter what time frame your looking at.

Therefore, can someone help me write a formula that would place a "diamond" or a "dot" above the 100th bar and the 140th bar reading from right to left?

The attached efs will place a blue and red dot at the top of the chart in correspondence of the 100th and 140th bars counting right to left.
