Creating 'Cycle' indicator in eSignal

How can a 'Cycle' indicator be created in eSignal, like the one that is in AGET?
e.g. is there an efs?

I don't know much about trading via 'Cycles'. Nor do I know if this is what you are looking for, but Chris at http://www.sr-analyst.com/studies.htm sells what is called cyclePACK.
