need help creating new efs

ill start with what might be simple
im trying to create an efs study based on moving averages
( 1 )what i want is this
using a 28 day expoential moving average
i want to have the efs show 2 percent bands above and below
is this hard to make ??
( 2 )also i want to do the same thing only
using a 10 day simple moving average
i want to have efs show a 12 percent band above and below .
example .
a stock , index , indicator is trading at 10
the day day simple moving average is at 9
12 percent added to 9 and 12 percent subtracted below 9
would show a band at 10.08 and a low band at 7.92
( 3 )lastly i have another question which may be hard to create
i have an excell spread sheet that i use for a very complex
timing model . i am wondering if it is possable to have the
results posted into an efs and then i can overlay the
daily expected swings on the chart . i have no clue how to
create any of this . any input on 1st 2 would be very helpful
and the 3rd note is something id like to continue with also

i found the moving average stuff i was looking for .
so it is now about the excell spread sheet .
what i have created is a series of cycles and i want to be able
to place the spread sheet results into an efs . im hoping that
the scaling will be in sinc with the market . is there any way to do this .
the entire swings on the excell spread sheet are based on trading days . so it is for use on daily charts .
the swings are from plus 2200 to minus 500 . how can i
have something like this placed over an index such as
nasdaq 100 , dow or spx and have the scaling follow the index
price . i am finding that doing all of this by hand is becoming a pain in the neck .

ive come to the conclusion that trying to use esignal
is a total and complete waste of time in this attempt
i have dug through here yet clearly what im doing is way
different and there for over your heads . ill just have to go elsewhere as it stands there is no help in reagards to
creating efs even the vidoes are slow to loadf and who wants
to look at a 1 min video followed by a 4 min video ect for a total of 6 hours of videos not counting the time it takes to load them
